A sustainable fashion project designed by UP! Romania to raise awareness on responsible fashion consumption and sustainable choices, bringing the corporate world one step closer to creatives and developing long-lasting connections with their audiences.

Up Romania launches a unique fashion collection inspired by the experiences their products offer, uniting local design with the values of a responsible lifestyle
Up Romania is one of the main players on the benefits market. They launched a capsule collection SePoartă, with creativity and sustainability at its core. The project is an absolute premiere on the local benefits market, uniting 4 iconic Romanian fashion designers in an artistic effort that transforms the employees experience into inspiring fashion.
The collection brings together 4 well-known Romanian sustainable designers: Borbala Ferencz, Corina Boboc, Florentina Giol and Sabina Georgescu. who created 16 sustainable outfits inspired by each category of benefit cards they provide: Up Lunch, Up Present, Up Culture and Up Holiday.
Each outfit represents a repsonsible way of consumption, a way of sustainable living and integrating sustainable habbits in daily life.
Up Lunch (orange) - inspired clothing that fit socializing in restaurants, around the table and balances food choices.
Up Present (red) - inspired clothing that portray generosity, the joy of giving and sustainable shopping habbits
Up Culture (violet) - transformed cultural events in creative experiences.
Up Holiday (blue) - inspired outfits fit for a vacation, while reconnecting with amazing sites in Romania.
The Collection was presented to the public during an amazing event on May 9th 2025 at Galateca Gallery, C.A. Rosetti Street 2-4.
Around 150 business representatives, collaborators, partners, influencers and clients admired the creations and adhered to the company s vision.
”This project intended to spark a new type of conversation within the community, to associate a look to the experiences that Up Romania brings to the market. We believe that beauty never goes out of style, whether we are refering to the aesthetic aspect of it or to the conduct within our organizations. Going out to lunch, going on holiday, shopping, going to a concert or a theatrical show, are all social contexts where we connect with eachother, we find inspiration and can direct our support to the local entrepreneours.” says Loredana Vătăvoiu, Marketing and Communication Director Up România.
Sabina Georgescu, fashion designer, remembers: ”When I read the brief, I couldn t wait to start working on the project! It was very interesting and unique and it felt like a nice challenge.(...) When working on the outfits, I opted for organic fabrics such as cotton, silk or wool and I used the textile leftovers to make creative accessories such as scarves, totes or hats. In my studio, nothing is wasted, everything is transformed. SABINNE has always functioned under the ideas of sustainability ever since its launch in 2015 and I am so happy to find more and more collaborators who share my vision. Responsible consumption of fashion, encourajing local artists, choosing clothing that is made in ateliers where there is respect for human and work rights, over fast-fashion products, the effort to recycle used textiles - are all examples of good practices.”
